“Rob, We purchased our house in 2012 and knew we had an old AC unit. I called Robert to have him look at our unit, which was not cooling. Last summer we had the same issue and the Home Warranty sent another company out who “charged” the unit and said they cleaned the coils. They said the freon was low but didn’t know how bad it was leaking or if it was even leaking at all. They were in and out without any explanation or any suggestions about the future of the unit. Nothing. They just grabbed my check and left. After Robert looked at the unit he explained that the coils had not been cleaned (in years!) and showed me before and after pictures of what it looked like before and after the cleaning. We then sat down and went over a game plan to get our very old and run-down unit replaced in a way that is affordable to us. I appreciate his honesty and quick response in getting out here. He truly cares about his customers and their needs. Quality Comfort will always get my business from now on. Thank you!!!”

Recently I replaced a roof and the next day my a/c stopped working. They discovered a roofing nail went through an a/c line. They had to cut small holes in Sheetrock to locate and repair the line. Apparently whoever installed my a/c lines when the home was built 23 years ago, strapped my a/c lines to the roof decking. Their work is neat and they clean up after they finish. I highly recommend Quality Comfort Air!
Jeremy was very professional and promptly fixed our unit for us. We are so appreciative of the fast service and Jeremy had our housing cooling again in no time. Thank you for the prompt response and service!

He recently had to come diagnose a noisy AC in my new home. He quickly diagnosed and explained what was failing in a very professional easy to understand way. Jeremy came to replace the parts and he too was very pleasant and informative before performing and after completing the repairs.
